After doing a lot of thinking, and talking to others, I have decided to resign from my secretarial jobs. I’m also retiring my PawTap secretarial software.

While this makes me sad to a degree, it also is a huge relief. I have really had fun working on the software, but the new cool software, Secreterrier, offers a ton of features I will never be able to provide. They have a team of programmers able to provide dedicated services, and they also sync with the BHA database. They also have a built-in online entry system. Not only that, but they are the wave of the future. My software provided a needed resource for 10 years, but times have changed and the dog sports software and entry world needs a lot more than I can offer.

I need to take care of my family, and decrease the stress in my life. I’m pretty emotionally attached to my software, but that’s okay. 🙂 It will be nice to have more time to just be a competitor!
